Don't Discount your services. Value Add instead!
The only time you should discount services is when you are training or trying to move old or dammaged stock off the shelf.
When you discount you are really telling your clients is that you are ripping them off
at full price services. This discredits your salon.
Great tip to move dammaged or old stock is put it into a basket on the counter and put a yellow sticker on it.You will be supprised how people pick it up (taking ownership of it) and purchase your stock.
